Lease Terms
Rent Rate based on a year lease
+$50 additional per month for a 7 or 9 month lease

$700 two bedroom
Application Fees
$65 per application
Utilities are billed separately. Check rates and information directly with the utility companies, Tampa Electric, Bright House Networks and YES Energy Management.
Pet Policy
50 lb. maximum weight limit – vet documents required to verify dog breed, weight and current vaccinations
Pet fees are non-refundable and due upon lease signing
$400 per dog, $300 per cat
