Rent Rate based on a year lease

+$50 additional per month for 7 or 9 month leases

Application fees

$40 per applicant

Payment of the application fee and deposit are due when you apply and must be in the form of money orders or cashier’s checks.

The lease signing date will be within 15 days from the time you submit your application.

Pet Policy

25 lb. maximum weight limit enforced.  Vet documents required to verify dog breed, weight and current vaccinations.  Pet fees are non-refundable and due upon lease signing.  $350 per dog, $200 per cat

Coin-operated laundry facilities located behind 141 E. Davis Blvd., 301 Danube Ave. and 311 Como St.

Open sunrise to sunset, located beside 312 Danube Ave.

Parking

Off-street parking for our residents. Overflow and guest parking is street-side. Boat, trailer, and recreational vehicle parking is not permitted.
